All our sarees are handloom woven by skilled artisans, so slight variations in color, texture, or weave are natural — they highlight the uniqueness of handmade products.

We ensure all photos and descriptions are accurate, but minor differences may occur due to lighting or device display settings.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of taxes (unless mentioned otherwise).

Payment must be completed at checkout through secure online payment gateways.

We reserve the right to change prices or offers anytime without prior notice.

No extra pay required for delivery.

3. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation with your order details and tracking information after dispatch.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India within 5–8 working days using trusted courier partners.

5. Exchange & Return

We accept exchange only for damaged or defective sarees received during delivery.

Customers must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

7. Intellectual Property

All images, text, designs, and content on this website belong to Weaveza and cannot be copied or reused without permission.

We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by incorrect addresses, or events beyond our control (like weather or strikes).
