Return & refund policy

At Weaveza, customer satisfaction is our priority. Every saree is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards. If you experience any issue with your order, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

1. Return eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • You receive a product with a manufacturing defect.
  • The product delivered is different from the one you ordered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused, unwashed and unworn.
  • Have all original tags, labels and packaging intact.
  • Be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
  • Be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

2. Return request

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

To request a return, please contact us with:

  • Order number
  • Your name
  • Mobile number
  • Reason for the return
  • Clear photographs or videos of the product (if damaged, defective or incorrect)

Our customer support team will review your request and provide further assistance.

3. Exchange policy

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement or exchange, subject to stock availability. If the requested product is unavailable, a refund may be issued in accordance with this policy.

4. Refund policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved:

  • The refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

5. Order cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
